Job Description:

Installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of AC systems in high-rise buildings

Handling split, ducted, package, VRF/VRV, and central AC systems

Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems

Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control system faults

Chilled water system maintenance (AHU, FCU, pumps, valves)

Monitoring system performance and ensuring energy efficiency

Responding to breakdowns and emergency calls in high-rise facilities

Following safety procedures and working at height when required

Coordinating with building management and other technicians

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience working in high-rise residential or commercial buildings

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls

Ability to read drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams

Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and under pressure

Physically fit and safety-conscious
