Maintain files, records, and office documentation

Assist management and staff with schedules and appointments
Support procurement, inventory, and office supplies management
Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous experience in office administration is an advantage
