Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and check-in/check-out guests in a courteous manner
Handle reservations, cancellations, and room allocations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
Manage guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
Process payments and prepare invoices
Ensure reception area is clean and presentable
Follow hotel policies and security procedures
Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant qualification (Hotel Management preferred)
Previous experience as a receptionist or in hospitality (preferred)
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel management systems)
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure
