A Reputed company in Bahrain is looking for a Sales Coordinator/Executive.
Main accountabilities: • Helping all the current and potential customers answering questions, fixing problems, and providing excellent service. The main goal of customer service is to build a strong relationship with the customers so that they keep coming back for more. • Ensure product met and exceeded customer expectations in terms of delivery times, consolidation, shipping costs and methods. etc. • Resolving customer disputes, making suggestions regarding resolution and built those suggestions into daily processes to ensure excellent customer service. • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding tracking information, billing information, shipment status, product availability and pricing confirmation. • Involved in streamlining order entry system and improved accuracy of documentation, reducing shipping and order entry errors. • Complete order entry and customer scheduling, answer incoming sales calls and leads, and maintain Master backlog. • Follow order entry procedures and inside sales procedures within company. • Assist finance department in follow-up phone calls on outstanding invoices and late balances reporting and resolving billing discrepancies. • Maintain and expedite purchase orders and prepare and evaluate numerous monthly sales reports. In addition to expedite orders from manufacturing plants. • Create and process purchase orders and prepare required documents for order review/tracking. • Input sales orders, procure products, and manage appropriate channels to remain informed and ensure clients receive products as expected. • Entered sales orders into system together with all appropriate information pertaining to the setting up of new customer accounts. • Handle price quotes, purchase order proposals, sales orders, after sale orders, and shipping phases. • Review customer orders with manufacturing and other departments to ensure product is expedited and fulfilled within an acceptable time frame. • Include customer orders, shipping and receiving, transportation and composing company correspondence to customers. • Ensure high quality service delivery and confirmation of customer orders on a timely basis. • Provide product pricing and identification, while handling regular and emergency customer orders. • Perform functions in promoting and expediting customer orders.
Requested Skills & Qualifications: • Time management and communication skills. • Self-motivated, adaptable and have excellent organizational, communication and planning skills. • High levels of productivity. • Develop excellent organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment. • 1 - 2 years of experience in International Sales • Bachelors Degree/ Diploma or Engineering Degree • Male Candidates only.
