Job Responsibilities

Position: Group Operations Head

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

About the Role:

Well Reputed Company in Bahrain is looking for Group Operations Head to work on daily operations across the group’s businesses, including Flooring, Cleaning Services, Pest Control, F&B, and General Trading. This role is designed for a high potential operations leader who can grow into a full General Manager position based on performance.



Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Operations Management
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across all business units
• Ensure timely execution of projects and services with required quality standards
• Implement and monitor basic SOPs and operational controls
• Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction

2. Cost Control & Financial Support
• Monitor operational costs, manpower productivity, and material usage
• Support management in budgeting, costing, and monthly reporting
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities

3. Sales & Client Support
• Support sales activities through costing, quotations, and project handovers
• Assist in key client meetings, site visits, and issue resolution
• Help retain existing clients through strong service delivery

4. Team & Vendor Management
• Supervise supervisors, site teams, and operational staff
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and service partners
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and performance standards

5. Reporting & Process Improvement
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly operational reports
• Track KPIs and highlight risks or gaps to management
• Suggest improvements in processes and systems

6. Compliance & Safety
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws, health, safety, hygiene, and trade regulations
• Coordinate license, permit, and operational compliance requirements



Candidate Profile

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field

Experience:
• 5–8 years of experience in operations, projects, or service management
• Exposure to multi-business or service-based environments preferred
• Experience managing teams, sites, and vendors is essential
