Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office operations and provide support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle administrative and clerical duties

Maintain and update records, files, and databases

Assist in preparing reports and documents

Coordinate with internal teams and management

Manage emails, data entry, and office paperwork

Support day-to-day back office operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus)

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work independently

Prior back office or administrative experience is an advantage
