Nexcel invites applications for the position of Sales Operations & Governance Manager. This role is central to our commitment to operational excellence and departmental discipline within our Bahrain headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
● Governance: Implementation and oversight of sales reporting protocols and CRM data integrity.
● Technical Oversight: Directing the Technical Feasibility Study (TFS) process for all enterprise-level opportunities.
● Personnel Development: Managing the professional standards and competency frameworks of the junior sales division.
● Reporting: Providing senior management with precise, audited analytics regarding departmental performance.
Requirements:
● Proven track record in ICT sales governance and operational management.
● High degree of technical literacy and a process-oriented approach to leadership.
● Experience in structured corporate environments with a focus on accountability.
