Senior Enterprise Account Management

Nexcel is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Manager to manage and scale a portfolio of tier-one enterprise clients. This role requires a sophisticated approach to account management and a deep understanding of the ICT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
● Portfolio Strategy: Driving high-level penetration across the Nexcel product catalog within existing enterprise accounts.
● Asset Management: Executing strategic inventory liquidation and managing high-value stock turnover.
● Analytical Reporting: Maintaining rigorous documentation and data-backed health assessments of the assigned portfolio.
● Client Retention: Ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and technical accuracy in all client engagements.
Requirements:
● Substantial experience in enterprise-level ICT sales and account lifecycle management.
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex contracts and technical specifications.
● Professionalism in reporting and long-term strategic planning.
