Job description:

Tayyar Industrial Development & Investment Company is seeking a qualified Electrical Technician to join our factory team in Sudair Industrial City.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in low-voltage electrical systems, panel assembly, and busbar fabrication.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, wiring, and assembly of low-voltage (LV) panels, distribution boards, control panels, and MCC units.

Carry out electrical wiring, cable termination (Copper/Aluminum), cable routing, labeling, and testing.

Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings accurately (SLD, GA, wiring diagrams).

Execute busbar fabrication activities including cutting, punching, bending, drilling, threading, and tin-plating.

Assemble and align copper/aluminum busbars inside LV switchboards (Form 2 / Form 4b).

Ensure proper insulation, spacing, phase alignment, and torque tightening according to IEC standards.

Perform continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, and functional checks during panel FAT.

Supervise workshop technicians and maintain high quality and safety during fabrication.

Coordinate with design and T&C engineers to validate clearances and short-circuit withstand requirements.


Requirements

Proven experience in LV panel assembly, testing, and electrical wiring.

Strong knowledge of busbar systems and panel configurations (Form 2 / Form 4b).

Experience in operating CNC machines.

Ability to operate hydraulic busbar machines and related hand tools.

Good understanding of electrical safety standards and IEC 61439.

Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines.

Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
