Job Title: Finance Manager (CA / CMMA)
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with CA or CMMA qualification to oversee financial planning, accounting, compliance, and strategic financial management. The ideal candidate will ensure the company’s financial health, regulatory compliance, and support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Manage accounts, audits, and statutory compliance

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory regulations

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls

Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions

Support management with financial analysis and MIS reporting

Implement internal controls and risk management practices

Supervise and mentor finance and accounts team

Qualifications & Experience

CA or CMMA qualification (mandatory)

5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws

Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle preferred)
