Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of electricians
Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress
Read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts
Ensure electrical installations comply with project specifications
Coordinate with site engineers and other trades
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain daily work reports and material usage records
Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical works
At least 2–3 years as Electrical Foreman / Supervisor
ITI / Diploma in Electrical preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Construction site experience required
