Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative and office support tasks

Manage office files, documents, and records

Assist with errands, bank work, courier, and vendor coordination

Drive company vehicle for office-related duties when required

Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and timely servicing

Support staff with logistics and operational needs

Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and professionalism

Requirements

male candidate only-Valid Driving Licence

Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel preferred)

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English/Hindi (local language added advantage)

Prior experience in admin or office support role preferred
