Job Responsibilities

Position Title : Civil BIM Engineer
Project Location : Qiddiya

Availability : Immediately

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil BIM Engineer to lead BIM modelling, coordination, and delivery of large-scale civil and infrastructure works using Civil 3D and Revit. The role supports design and site teams to ensure clash-free, ISO 19650–compliant digital delivery.

Key Requirements:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

10+ years of civil/infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in BIM

Strong expertise in roads, utilities, drainage, grading, and earthworks

Advanced skills in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC

Experience with clash detection, 4D/5D BIM, quantities, and shop drawings

Knowledge of ISO 19650 and QIC digital standards

Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and coordinate LOD 300–500 civil BIM models

Produce shop drawings, quantities, and construction outputs

Lead clash detection and BIM coordination with all disciplines

Support site teams with model-based construction and sequencing

Enforce BIM QA/QC and mentor junior staff

Work Environment:

Site-based role in Qiddiya, KSA

Fast-paced project with tight deadlines

Extended working hours may be required
