we are urgently hiring the Office Administrator. The candidate is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by providing administrative and clerical support. The role involves coordinating office activities, maintaining records, supporting management, and acting as a point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized work environment
Prepare, file, and maintain office documents and records
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Support HR-related administrative tasks, including attendance records and staff documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide general administrative support to management and staff as required
Requirements and Skills:
experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary will be 150+(25 BHD Allowance)
Duty Timing: 8 AM - 5 PM
Visa will be provided by the company.
Transportation will be provided by the company.
