Job Opening: IT Business Development Manager (7–8 Years Experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in IT solutions, system integration, and enterprise infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across multi‑site and large‑scale deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert new leads into long‑term business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT infrastructure, CCTV, networking, and integrated solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, consultants, and government entities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers aligned with industry standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution positioning
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements
- 7–8 years of proven experience in IT business development or system integration sales
- Strong understanding of KSA market, MOI standards, and enterprise infrastructure solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to generate leads independently and close high‑value deals
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred
