Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of site engineering experience in Bahrain
- Strong understanding of the Bahraini construction market, local practices, and site demands
- Proven experience in site supervision, coordination, and execution
- Ability to work closely with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and authorities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
