Job Title: Operations Manager – 3PL Services

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – 3PL Services to lead and optimize our third-party logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation management, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics operations in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day 3PL operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency

Lead warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory management

Oversee B2B fulfillment operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

Manage transportation operations, including planning, execution, carrier coordination, and cost optimization

Develop and implement operational KPIs, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Lead, train, and motivate operations teams to achieve performance targets

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet service-level agreements (SLAs)



Requirements

Minimum 10 years of total logistics experience, with at least 2 years in an Operations Manager role

Strong experience in 3PL warehousing services, including:

Inbound operations

Outbound operations

Inventory management

Proven experience in B2B fulfillment operations

Solid background in transportation operations management

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Ability to manage multiple operations and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills



Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience working with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems

Continuous improvement or Lean logistics experience is a plus
