Job Responsibilities

Leads all aspects of maintenance operations in NCC premises Kingdom wide, ensure policies & procedures are followed,

tasks are completed efficiently, and downtime is minimized while maintaining safe work practices. Responsibilities include

developing Maintenance policies & procedures, conducting inspections, preventative, and corrective maintenance plans,

scheduling maintenance, analyzing corrective maintenance issues, and supervision of maintenance projects

implementation. Ensure maintenance regulators and CBAHI requirements are met in all premises.


Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience required.
Familiarity with MEP
