Job Responsibilities

Job Position: IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve IT support requests from users, answer employee questions about computer systems, and log service tickets.​

Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues, including both remote and on-site support.​

Install, configure, and maintain Servers and Active Directory.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.​

Set up new users (onboarding), manage user accounts, and configure permissions in systems like Active Directory, Azure, and cloud platforms.​ (Knowledge in Active Directory is Important)

Monitor and update IT systems, perform security checks, apply software updates, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.​

Provide employee training on IT systems, develop technical documentation and guides, and maintain IT asset records.​

Manage backups, recovery processes, and assist in disaster recovery efforts.​

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.​

Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux), office applications, and remote support tools.​

Customer service orientation, communication skills, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.​

Awareness of IT security practices and compliance.​

Bachelor’s degree in Information and Technology or relevant technical certifications (such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified Professional) are preferred.​

Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience in KSA. (Other Experience Will not be considered)

Other Degree's: Will not be considered.

Experience in AD & DC (Advantage)

Ability to work independently and as part of an IT support team.​
