Positions: Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Summary:
The Integrated Systems Solutions Engineer – Presales & Field Engineering works within the Solutions Department to support the Solution Manager in understanding customer requirements, performing on-site surveys, and preparing concise reports covering existing systems, required services, and solution sizing. The role covers Smart Systems, IoT, Low-Current systems, ICT infrastructure, firewalls, servers, storage, and data center components, with basic cloud knowledge. The engineer prepares SOW / BOQ, requests vendor quotations, evaluates and negotiates pricing, and converts field requirements into executable and costed items.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and analyze customer requirements and RFP documents.
• Conduct site surveys and document existing systems and infrastructure.
• Perform solution sizing based on on-site findings and requirements.
• Prepare SOW and BOQ based on field surveys.
• Request, evaluate, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations.
• Prepare concise technical reports summarizing site conditions, requirements, and risks.
• Support the Solution Manager and proposal team with accurate technical inputs.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, with experience in Site Surveys, SOW/BOQ, ICT/Low-Current systems, and strong knowledge of local vendors with the ability to request and negotiate quotations.
