Job Responsibilities

We are looking for the post of Payroll Administrator for the company alocated in Business Bay, Dubai is looking for a Payroll Administrator to manage employee compensation, attendance, and salary processing with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and verify employee attendance, leave, and overtime data.

Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.

Maintain up-to-date employee records (contracts, benefits, deductions, etc.).

Ensure payroll complies with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) processing and file submissions.

Handle end-of-service benefits (gratuity) calculations.

Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for employee payments and updates.

Generate payroll reports and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Respond to employee inquiries about salaries, deductions, and leave balances
