Responsibilities:
1. Conduct on-site management for earthwork activities, including leveling, backfilling, and compaction.
2. Proficient in surveying instruments, able to perform site measurement, quantity calculation, and document preparation.
3. Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety to ensure project delivery milestones.
4. Communicate with contractors, supervisors, and clients, resolving on-site issues promptly.
5. Assist in preparing construction plans, method statements, and technical briefings.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or above in Civil Engineering or related major.
2. Solid knowledge of leveling, backfill processes, surveying, and quantity take-off.
3. On-site construction management experience required; GCC/Middle East project experience preferred.
4. Able to work under pressure and adapt to site conditions.
