Urgent Hiring – Architect QC Engineer

📍 Location: Diriyah, Saudi Arabia

⏳ Contract: 3 Months (Extendable)

⏱ Duty Hours: 10 Hours/Day

🛂 Requirement: Valid IQAMA Only

🧑‍💼 Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect QC Engineer to join our project team in Diriyah.


🔎 Job Responsibilities (JD):

Quality Control & Inspection
Conduct inspections for architectural finishes (walls, floors, ceilings, cladding, doors, windows, joinery, etc.)
Ensure all architectural works meet project specifications, IFC drawings, and approved materials.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with QMS procedures.
Verify workmanship quality before raising inspections to the consultant/client.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and submit IRs (Inspection Requests), MIRs (Material Inspection Requests), and Work Inspection Reports.
Maintain updated logs for inspections, materials, snags, and NCRs.
Assist in the preparation of QA/QC documents—ITPs, Method Statements, Checklists, etc.
Coordinate with the QA/QC Manager for weekly and monthly reports.
Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (IBC, SBC, ASTM, etc.).
Attend coordination meetings on quality issues.
Follow-up on the closure of NCRs, SORs, and punch-list items.
Site Monitoring
Perform daily site walkdowns to identify quality issues.
Ensure proper installation of architectural elements as per approved shop drawings.
Verify mock-up completion and approval before execution.
🎓 Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural QA/QC
Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and architectural standards
Experience working on mega projects (preferred)
Excellent communication & documentation skills

Valid Saudi IQAMA is mandatory
