Healthy Hub Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef Assistant to join our vibrant kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in meal preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure a smooth operation in our fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes according to the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in inventory management and food storage.
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques.
