Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Business Development Professional at SRD Associates in Bahrain. The role involves tasks such as:

Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape within the interior design sector.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present high-quality proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing the company’s services and capabilities.

Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market share.

Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with interior designers and project managers to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Networking and Events: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand its reach.

Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to inform business strategies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in business development

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
