Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Secretary / Receptionist for one of our projects.

The ideal candidate should have
- Two (2) years experience as receptionist or in administrative, secretarial, computer operations and/or allied positions with an ability to perform various statistical reports, data analysis and summaries using financial and other relative reference data as a source material.
- Be proficient to communicate in oral and written English.
- Demonstrate characteristics of self-motivation and a propensity for hard work.
- Be capable of handling a variety of different responsibilities at the same time.
- Have experience coordinating all office duties such as filing, faxing, e-mailing, call reception, ordering supplies, keeping inventory, making appointments, handling complaints, organizing schedules, monitoring budget, taking meeting minutes, filling out time sheets and assisting as needed throughout the operation.
- Be courteous to customers and genuinely interested in helping people.
